Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
There may be additional processing time required on made-to-order items, items ordered around the holidays, or items on backorder.
Original paintings ship free to the United States only at this time.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Unfortunately we are unable to make deliveries to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO at this time.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Most products take 2-5 days to process. After processing you should receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number within 48-72 hours. If you do not receive a shipment confirmation, please contact us and let us know so we can investigate the issue and get it resolved. There are rare occasions where an order may be delayed, in which case, we will notify you.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed before, during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
We are not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping. However, if you received your order and it is damaged, or the product was never received, please contact us so we can assist in investigating the matter. Please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods so a claim can be filed with the carrier.
