Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damage and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns from Other Stores

Items purchased by following a link to Ebay or Etsy  are subject to their own individual return policies. To make a return, please visit the Ebay or Etsy store or review your instructions included in your package on how to start a return. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom made products (special orders or personalized items), digital downloads and other digital products, drop-shipped orders unless damaged or defective, if the item was used, or the packaging, return receipt or proof of purchase is missing. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. It is advisable to first check with your bank. If you still haven’t received your refund please contact us.

Order Cancellations

Original paintings can be canceled as long as they have not shipped. Prints and other made-to-order merchandise cannot be canceled once the order is placed.


We do not offer exchanges at this time.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs, duties, and taxes on shipping return orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Damaged or Lost Returns

We are not liable for any products damaged, lost, or stolen during return shipping. It is advisable to use a shipping service that provides tracking information, especially if the item is of high value.
