Life is filled with ups and downs. But lately, I have only been feeling the downs.

Painting and blogging fell by the wayside, and I’ve been struggling to get motivated again.

So the other day I picked up my paint brush and decided to try painting anything that came to mind.

I stared at the blank canvas.

Clueless.

Then I saw a lemon sitting on the kitchen counter and my paint brush was moving again.

Art therapy is a powerful thing.
